A: Yes — apart from Saturday open hours (8:30am–12noon), we work by appointment only. Just message us first to lock in a time. We may also have to order in parts for your device, depending on stock.

A: We stock both OEM-quality and aftermarket options, depending on your budget. We’ll always let you know which one you’re getting.

Q: Do refurbished devices come with a warranty?

A: Yep — all phones come with a 8-month warranty.

Q: Are the batteries replaced in used devices?

A: If the battery health is low, yes. If it’s still in good condition, we leave the original in.

Q: Do the devices come unlocked?

A: 99% of the time, yes. If there’s ever a network lock, we’ll tell you upfront.

Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?

A: Yep, everywhere in Aus.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: Yes — just message us to arrange a pickup time, as some items may not be in stock right away
